It was a great experience overall. I was promptly contacted even on a Sunday evening when I realized I hadn't received a confirmation. It was determined I had at typo in my email address. Confirmation arrived first thing Monday morning. My friend sent me a pictures of the flowers and they were lovely. They had been delivered as promised.

I am very pleased with Blooms of Hawaii. Pleases so much that I have ditched the other tropical flower companies in Hawaii, and made BoH my exclusive go to. I moved to HI from CA over 30 years ago and have always sent flowers from HI to the mainland for birthdays, Mother’s Day, weddings, memorial services, gifts, etc. Their customer service is top notched! On a recent order, I was unaware that shipping arrangements with Ginger stems is no longer allowed to CA. Although disappointed as it’s one of my mom’s favorites no problem as they made things good on my next purchase which I made immediately. Using BoH is a no brainer. Do yourself a favor to choose this establishment. Great service, quick delivery, wonderful selections! You will not be disappointed.
