Missing customer service

My order was delivered with a damaged packing. And the book inside was damaged as well. Since the customer service have not returned with a solution on this matter i give one start on my experience

Hard to follow

Interesting ties however missing proper instruction. The book makes you guess from a picture. Sometimes it is not clear
