Spicy. Earthy. Tacos!
I was looking for a sprout to jazz up my morning bagel with guacamole. These little sprouts did the trick. Earthy radish taste, with a good radish spicy punch. Jazz up accomplished. Unintended consequences... I thought to myself, "self, I bet these go great on tacos." So I made tacos for lunch and put some sprouts on them. All the radish taste, with none of the radish. Perfect taco topping.
