This is probably the best sourdough I've had. Can't find this quality in the store. It also stays soft for at least 5 days unlike the store bread.

I have purchased baked products from Fokattia several times, so when I wanted a great loaf of sourdough to accompany my homemade soup for dinner, I visited their booth at the Oregon City Farmers Market. We used some slices with dinner and used the rest for French toast the next morning.
