Great historic overview of CO2-treatments.

I use it everyday for 5 minutes/day.
I know with my brains that it is very good for everything.
Only I struggle sometimes with what is the best method.
Have the books etc, a lot of info,
Perhaps some most useful methods adding.
EG breath slowly in for 5 second, breath out for 7 seconds.etc
