I purchased a heavy-duty motorcycle kidney belt (lumbar support) featuring a segmented spine protector design, bright red accent chevrons, and an official oval "BZ" logo. Instead, I received a cheap, generic medical-style lumbar brace featuring white geometric outline prints, a mechanical string-pull pulley layout, and no branding. The items are entirely different in material, visual design, safety features, and specifications.
