Haven’t cooked the latest one yet but since I didn’t review the last one I can say it was enjoyed by a party of 24. Everybody raved about the brisket and having cooked hundreds I can say it was up there with some of the Wagyu I have cooked in the past. What can I say here I am ordering again.
