Love this product and the taste is awesome! Love being able to take all my supplements in one yummy drink.

My sleep has definitely improved. I don't care for the taste of either of them. I have to chug them to get it down, but it's helping me so I'll continue to take them both. 💚

After 25 days of using this product, seems to have some benefits but nothing that I can say is really a difference in my mood, focus or skin. The product claims to have 30 servings, but it only contains about 25. I contacted customer service, who explained that the bags are filled by weight and that the fine powder needs to be shaken. I tried shaking another bag, but it still didn’t yield 30 servings. The powder is very fine and may compact together, so shaking it doesn’t seem to be effective. I believe the weight should be increased to ensure that the product meets the 30-serving recommendation, especially since it’s a monthly subscription product. With the monthly subscription, you’ll go approximately 10 to 12 days without product due to it running out, followed by 3 to 5 business days for processing and shipping. Overall, this is an expensive product that may not live up to its promises.
