Pink Kimchi

I love this product, the pink kimchi is so tasty without being overwhelmingly sharp like some kimchis. I add it to salads, sandwiches, and as a side dish, it is also tasty as an alternative to salsa with crips and tortilla chips. I will be ordering this again, and look forward to trying the beetroot kraut I ordered to try next.
