Taster Box

My order was damaged in transit. The jars had cracked and leaked inside the box. I took images and forwaded them to Fermary asking for a resupply. I have now sent three emails asking for a resolution and also called the office number. I have had no response. It has now been two weeks since my initial contact attempt. There is no Out Of Office reply, no answer machine or any human response from this shop. I'm sad to leave a negative review, but this is a case of "buyer beware".

Really lovely flavours I'm enjoying bought the mixed selection only problem is the lack of space in fridge

Great tasting box, have only tried 2 of the products both of which we enjoyed, recioe ideas are helpful I will purchase more
