Cute but difficult to put up

I started putting these up this morning it’s been 4 hours and I’m not done yet. I was hoping these would be as easy as the Sesame Street Fatheads they are replacing but no such luck. The facing is difficult to get off the pieces without tearing where they have decorative cuts. Once up the tears don’t show but it’s slow going trying to minimize the tearing. So while it’s cute I wouldn’t buy these again. (Progress photo attached)
