I used these for the first time on a multi-day hike in 31 degree celsius weather. I wasn't sure how effective they'd be so I began by being frugal and splitting one sachet across two beverages. (I was worried I may run out). I was very pleased with the effect as I do dehydrate and overheat easily. The taste was also very appealing. I've drunk many electrolytes and i'd buy these again for sure.
