Lalawoo Eau de Parfum

The customer service of this company is incredible. My first box arrived having leaked all over the packaging and they were so quick to help me and send me a new bottle. The perfume smells so good. I will be a longtime customer for sure!

This one smelled like yummy baked butter cream cookies! However I was missing one of my travel sprays and it took a week for a specific response giving me a resolution…. and they decided to give me the run around for a week when I gave them photos, package weight and all the order information from day 1. In the end they just had a return portal. This tells me they give people the runaround in hope they don't follow up.

I came for Ode to Cleo but stayed for the Lalawoo! I’ve almost used up my sample and will be diving in head first for a full bottle. It is a DREAMY creamy vanilla/gourmand but is light enough for summer, no doubt this is signature scent worthy. Sweet, sun-kissed, creamy, sexy and ethereal. 10/10 from me!
