This is by far my favorite spa purchase I’ve ever made. The chair is super easy to put together. It’s so comfortable, I made everyone in my salon sit in it. They’re all very jealous of my new seat!

There was an issue when trying to assemble the chair. The back rest piece was not fitting. I phoned in and the owner was very helpful, sent me videos and followed up with me....even over a holiday weekend!! He ended up sending me a replacement part along with a return label to send back the defective part. And now my chair is perfect! Highly recommend.
