2 Function High Frequency + Galvanic Facial Machine

Very pleased.

I purchased this after a "handheld" high frequency died after 3 days of use. This machine is superb. Compact and easy to use. Most impressed with Top Spa Supply. Incredibly professional, very gracious. Clearly cares about every single client - even ones who place orders via the internet.

Can't get any Help. No instructions.

I delayed writing this review because I reached out to this company twice to get additional instructions for my machine. I hoped I would have a response from them so I could write a better review. The instructions included are horrible. They don’t even begin to guide a user in how to use the machine. In addition, they aren’t even grammatically correct. It’s hard to follow what they are saying because the English is so poor. If I could just get some response from the company, it would have helped so much. Terrible customer care.

So far so good!

It was easy to set up and use. Clean, efficient, reliable. So far, so good. A bit too early to talk about results.
