Doesn’t really get towels warm

It is summer so we have the air conditioning going, and I imagine as a little space radiator it’s going to be great but as a towel warmer, I’ve had the towel sit with the system on for 24 hours on max and even then it gets a teeny tiny bit warm, if you weren’t looking for it you might miss it was even warm. If you do it just before you shower it doesn’t get warm at all. The racks themselves seem to get warm so I’m not sure what has gone wrong
