Men's Half-Zip Royal Alpaca Sweater

I'm a first-time buyer, and the product is not as soft as marketed. It feels like a regular sweater but not nearly as soft as Merino wool. I was under the impression that "royal alpaca" is supposed to be the finest quality of alpaca, and I'm unfortunately disappointed because it's not soft and also a little itchy. Additionally, I'm 6'0' and ordered a size L, and it was short on the sleeves. You will most likely have to go up from your normal size. Hopefully, I will be able to return my order with no penalties. The customer service is phenomenal and exceptional.
