I can sit down in VR Chat without using GoGoLoco

They work well and are easy to put on and set up, My Pico 4 connected automatically. The trackers have no issue following my legs but a third tracker is needed for full hip tracking. Overall they're a good, affordable, choice for full body, but only if you have a Pico VR Headset.
