Theres a shipment delay after purchasing it. And when it arrive theres few issues. However after talking to customer service through mails and discord. Yes you heard it they have support team through discord response very fast to it. And everything was handled smooth and fast. I got to give credit to the customer service espcially patrick. He handle everything greatly. The product works well it extend and remove my worries on battery issue. I finally can use my meta glasses for whole day!...once again by far the best customer service. Shoutout patrick. Over all great product great customer service!!!!

My second purchase because first one was for regular size and I used anyway but reordered large and works great. Hope they make same for new Blayzer style coming out.
