Variety 3-Pack

The muffin mix is super easy to make and the muffins are excellent to have on hand for a quick breakfast or afternoon snack. I've even had them for dessert and I love how they freeze so well. The blog suggestions for add-ins (like walnuts) are super helpful and delcious. I am a lacto vegetarian who does not eat eggs. This mix worked perfect with an egg replacement. I will definitely continue to buy this product and have even given away some mixes as presents. Try these mixes - you won't be disappointed.

These are DELICIOUS and EASY! Have been making muffins out of Elyse and Shalane’s cookbook for years, and still love those. This is just a way to make them with even less friction in my week. Love all the flavors, and appreciate the light texture and minimal sweetness!!

These muffins were a hit with my whole family, including the ones with a sweet tooth! I love the fact that they are healthy and when I don't have time to make a batch from Elyse's cookbooks we can still enjoy a breakfast or snack that isn't loaded with unhelpful ingredients. The only problem I am having is the variety pack I ordered has already been devoured and my kids were disappointed that my next subscription order won't arrive for 3 weeks! I went to take a picture of the 3 remaining muffins, but alas they were gone.
