Emotional Change Strategy Course - Online Cohort Based

Deep learning both personally and professionally, since my course I’ve been using the cards not only professionally but also personally with my family and in volunteer organizations, having the words to identify the emotions and speak about them is the powerful experience everyone provides feedback on and allows for deeper understanding and conversations. This work strengthens and deepens new and known connections.

I loved this course. Great for it to be self-paced, and flexible so I could revisit content as needed. Lots of supplementary content for extended learning available also. Practical, adaptable tools and help with how to use the tools and implement sessions in different real life scenarios. Highly recommend this!
