Hello, I would love to give you five stars, but there were inconsistencies in the product. First and foremost, your Wagyu Ribeyes are delicious and worth every bit of the price. As for my last order, I ordered 6 of the gold quality steaks. Two were absolutely beautiful, two were very almost as nice, but not quite and the last two were markedly smaller than the other four and those last two had interior fat sections that was much larger than the other four steaks. I realize that there will be some inconsistency from steak to steak, but those last two were smaller to start with and having those large fat sections means you're only able to eat 2/3 of the steak. I ordered the gold quality, as when you're spending that much on a steak, you want gold quality. It was a bit disappointing, but not enough to call and complain, so hence I couldn't give you a five-star rating.

High end steakhouse quality meat. Full of flavor and so tender you didnāt need a knife. Have ordered from SRF several times and will continue to order in the future.

I splurged on the Wagyu gold ribeye and it did not disappoint. It was only a 1" so I didn't bother with the reverse or reverse-reverse sear; just let it sit in the fridge on a tray for a day after salting it, then left on the counter for 30 minutes (away from the dog. . . ). Cooked in a medium-hot Vermicular skillet (on an induction stove, and cannot recommend these skillets highly enough), flipping frequently. Brilliant steak.
