Wagyu Ribeye Filet Steak

I have to be honest, this was not the delicious high-quality Wagyu I was expecting. I’ve never had wagyu that required me to use my teeth like a wolf. The meat was extremely tough and chewy. Cooked to perfect at a medium rare, but a huge let down on meat quality. My dogs actually enjoyed it.

The best steak I’ve ever had. Grilled it on a cast iron grate, medium rare, melt in your mouth delicious. Seasoned it with a little STF steak seasoning.

Loved these on the grill! Cooked perfectly and at first I thought they were a little small but turned out it more than enough for one person.
