I ordered two weeks ago for a delivery in France. So far no news.

I ordered two weeks ago for a delivery in France. I saw on Pooki website they had an address in Poland so I assumed processing my order wouldn’t be an issue (I could have ordered in the UK and brought the press to France). I haven’t heard from the courier nor Pooki which doesn’t reply to my emails and doesn’t answer the phone. I can’t track my order with the app provided. More than £500 and so far as I know it’s vanished!!!

Fast service and great product just a shame when I placed the order I wasn't able for some reason to get the 10% new purchase off ??
