Patches Review

I work rotating night and day shifts and have had sleeping for many years, getting to sleep and staying asleep,i didn't get these patches for everyday use and when on shifts.Ive only tried them twice so far,i think the first time they worked ok and the second time there wasn't any difference in my usual sleeping pattern, it's really to soon to comment but iam going to persist and hopefully they will make a big difference for me.

Patches have definitely helped

Skill waking up in middle of the night but now I can get back to sleep more easily especially when used with a sound machine.

My experience

The Rise&Shine patches are definitely helping me to get to sleep, although it does often take a while to fall asleep. I don't seem to have the "no sleep at all" nights that I used to experience before starting to use these patches.
