Female Betta Fish Koi Nemo Neon Plakat

I purchased five bettas from Tropical Flow, and three have died. The first female arrived with a severe facial injury and died the next day. To their credit, they replaced her for free. Unfortunately, the replacement and other fish later became lethargic within a few days, stopped swimming normally, and died. This has only happened with fish from Tropical Flow. My other bettas, including imports from Thailand, are healthy, have bred successfully, and thrive under the exact same water, temperature, and care. I contacted the store about these repeated losses but never received a response. I’m simply sharing my personal experience so other hobbyists are aware.
