Great customer service? Love how inclusive and thoughtful her patterns are. Often when people create knitting patterns they just add however many stitches per inch based on sizes in whatever market it is they are selling to and they don’t consider fit. Because I am wearing a medium shirt look different than my daughter wearing a medium shirt.
