MUCH easier to swallow

tHE new capsules are much easier to swallow than the previous uncoated tablet/caplet. I Don't mind taking 2 per day. my only concern is conflicting dose directions - the label says to take 4 per day but a sticker on top of the bottle cap says to take 2 per day. i'm assuming the label is printed incorrectly. I have noticed a difference in my general hair growth and health since starting the multiplex plus vitamins and the amino acid complex.
