Great flavor and quality.

I’m disappointed it doesn’t taste as good as before. The change of packaging seems to alter the flavor and I the amount of dust feels greater. I am really sorry.

Sour apple-like aftertaste.

This yerba mate has a great cut and just enough dust to help it gel together in a gourd. I'm sensitive to heat so I usually use lower water temps (150 F) with all yerbas , even so I find it hits the tongue with a mildly bitter note that sweetens to a sour apple like flavor that I do enjoy. I find this yerba has slightly less pleasant buzz than other brands with an edge more akin to what I experience with coffee. I'm sure other people have and will experience it differently.
