Sweet, nutty, creamy, smooth. Easy wake up.

La Rubia is very creamy and smooth to me. Sweetness really comes out when you keep your water temps down like 160 to 165 max. It has a nuttiness to it. Some hint of peanut in the background. Smokiness comes out more as you cycle through like most. Not astringent at all. Nice easy wake up.
