Sustainably-Caught Wild Fish Bone Broth

No more house smelling of fish when it normally takes me several hours to make a beautiful fish stock. After being ill and low in energy I decided to try the fish bone broth to help build up our strength and not to have to spend hours in the kitchen making my own broth and stock. It made a wonderful and nutritious base for a fish and fennel casserole.
