Oshun Magnesium

Wow

I was skeptical as I’ve always used another big brand magnesium in a tablet form. This stuff is much nicer to take, looks better in my cabinet and knocks me out for a very restful nights sleep. I think there is something to be said for the bioavailability of the liquid formula. As it stands I’m a very happy customer.

Pre Oshun I was a terrible sleeper - up at least twice a night to loo followed by reading to make me sleepy again. Since taking Oshun I've been sleeping through the ight almost every night!!! So happy!
