Great little application for when you are on the go and didn't carve out enough time for some self care. Spot treatment and more generally some blood energy work as well. Very cool device and feels very solid. Would recommend.

The Gembared Bracer is truly a Red Gem!

This is a concentrated, portable, easy to use for spot red light therapy. Its convenient automatic timer is a plus that I rely on so it’s just start and relax! Don’t let its small size fool you as its light concentrating design is perfect for those hard to treat or troublesome areas. I’m so glad I have it, just wish I’d bought it sooner!

Good with one drawback

I really like using Bracer on my wrist, knees and thyroid- the included strap works perfectly well for these areas. But for larger parts of the body such as the belly and solar plexus the straps, even when combined together, don’t work too well. There should be a longer strap to use for these areas. I tried to find a 7/8” wide strap online but I haven’t found one yet. Overall it’s a good product!
