Heaven for the neck
I get a tight neck from spending a lot of hours in front of my computer or on my phone or riding my road bike. This Lotus Wheel is great for rolling out the muscles at the end of the day.

Amazing addition to my 3 piece lotus roller set. This smaller roller is perfect for an intense deep tissue massage between the shoulder blades and the perfect size to release tension for my neck. 10/10. Will never use any other type of foam roller again.
