Great Taste

The BestMed Vanilla Pudding & Shake mix is delicious and doesn't have an aftertaste. The pudding is easy to make and you feel full after eating. I always have to eat it slowly so I don't feel overly full. I usually mix the pudding and then let it sit in fridge for 15 minutes to thicken more. So Yummie! Highly recommend!

This source of protein tastes great and is so versatile in way to prepare. My favorite way is to mix it into coffee and drink it hot or cold. Occasionally, when mixing with chilled coffee or water I will mix in a small amount of instant oats for a change of pace. High protein, low calorie and carbs and best of all, it is quick, easy and very filling.

A staple item in my everyday diet

I use the contents of a vanilla package every morning by adding it to my coffee. It really adds a wonderful flavor to the coffee and provides me protein as well.
