Love 'em!
Comfortable dainty straps, not too tight. Only down side was one ankle strap slips down all the time, but that's because my foot is a little smaller on the side.

The worst customer service ever! I paid for an exchange in size, and three weeks later, I have not received the new pair (that I paid additional fees to have immediately shipped) nor even a reply to my 7+ email inquiries.
