Pink Grapefruit (with Blood Orange) Moisturizing Cleanser (Dry Skin)

Great product overall, but consistency is getting a little spicy

Ive been using this product for over 5 years now (time flies!) and love it so much that I gift it to people in my life I care about <3 It always makes my face feel nice and clean, but also soft -- not stripped of moisture like some other deep cleansers. My only gripe is after a long stint of consistency and great quality, the last bath of product I purchased began to separate. I understand natural products separate sometimes but it's much more sudsier than I've experience before. Thankfully my skin is not reacting in a negative way, but I'm really hoping the formula hasn't changed and maybe this was just a wonky batch. Nonetheless, I love the product enough to give it another try with a new batch once it's done. Fingers crossed the next is back to the consistency I'm familiar with. Worth the try either way!

I love this cleanser it’s very moisturizing. The only downside is that the pump doesn’t go all the way to the bottom of the container. So I have to pour it in my hand. I already bought a new bottle (my second), and I noticed it’s thicker. Hopefully it’ll be easier to use.

I had to wait 3 weeks for a non sale item. When received item I noticed clumps of grayish film at the bottom of the face soap, I have purchased this going on 4 times and never had seen this before. Also product seemed a little water down than usual.
