Good stuff put on muscle for sure

37 yo male been training for quite awhile, started this product with 2scoops a day first month then 1 scoop 2nd and third month, def put on muscle gained like 5 lbs in the 3 months, only added a protein shake mixed with 1% into my diet other than this, added way more calorie output though from increasing workout effort to adding running
