I ordered two of these watches. One silver and one gold. My silver one doesn’t keep time at all. This gold one, straight out of the box I couldn’t adjust the date. I’ve reached out to customer service and have heard nothing back

I didn’t know what to expect because I was shopping off of online ads. I am happy to say that I am more than satisfied with my new watches. High quality, stylish, great finishes. They arrived quickly and with great packaging. The adjustment tool they sent with the watches was easy to use and also good quality. Very impressed with my new watches!
