Repair Service Ticket

Service on my LatteGo 3200

We love our LatteGo. We did not buy it from EME, but we did have it serviced by them. All of our interactions with EME were polite and professional; and it seems they did a good job repairing our machine, although we just got it back today. I will also give them good marks for how our machine was packed. Nothing bad was going to happen to that machine! My only negative would be the price and the time it took to repair. I will say that some of the lag time was my lack of a timely response to their message. It seemed like once they got the machine to their bench they expiditted the repair and shipping. I do appreciate that. All in all a good experience. I would recommend them if you need service on a machine they support.

Brought older deloghi back to new life

Outstanding service and follow up here. We were looking for someone like this te for over a year and they got our unit back on line running like new. Repair cost was 25% of replacement cost and so we are very happy with how expresso machine experts got us back up and brewing again!

Excellent service! I'm so lucky I found this team online. It's been over half a year since they fixed our beloved coffee maker and it's still perfect.
