Great Machine

Bought this as a replacement for our Saeco Aroma, which unfortunately is not supported with spare parts anymore and was fading after 10+ years of daily use. The Cafe Select is compact and easy to use. The frother works great, more consistent than the Saeco Aroma and easier to clean. The grounds amount and tamper pressure is still a work in progress but 2 Tablespoons of grounds and a light tamper with a 51 mm press seems to be evolving as the best recipe. Wish the machine put out a bit more pressure but overall good espresso and a good choice for a daily use (3x double espressos + a cappuccino) machine.

Perfect Home Machine for Barista

Purchased as a gift for someone that had worked as a barista for several years. Very well received. They loved the manual operation, everything worked exactly as expected. If you know what you are doing, this is a great machine.
