Bought 2 quarts used both on aluminum framed barn windows. Felt like it sealed the windows really well around the frame. Having glazed windows before, I felt the product, both quarts, were a little dry but sticky. Other glazing products are not like this product. Still waiting to paint the glazing as after two weeks, it still seems not dry enough. Time will tell how long it last, but I'm putting it to the test in a still active beef barn. I will really like the product if it last, dryness and not so smooth finish glazing, I can put up with in a barn.... longevity is what counts.

The easiest to use window putty I have found. Working through the restoration of a 19th C New England farmhouse with a lot of original windows. The results with hardware store / big box store putty were not the best. Switching to Sarco putty is like night & day - clean, crisp and easy window restoration. The best there is!!
