The perfect beginner heels <3 Make sure to break-in (?) the zipper a few times since it was a little tough for me. Still an amazing purchase though :)) Definitely will stay with vamps <33

Disappointed

I’m questioning how real the reviews for this company are. I ordered a pair of heels in my usual size (EU 39), but they ran noticeably small. I returned them for an exchange, and that’s where everything went downhill. Customer support appears automated, responses are generic, slow, and don’t actually address the issue. At one point I was even given a Malaysian WhatsApp number to follow up as apparently they "were having issues with emails" on which I didn't receive a reply. My return was delivered over 3 weeks ago, and I still haven’t received a replacement or any meaningful update. Emails are being ignored. As for the product itself - I only had the Villain heels briefly, but the quality didn’t stand out. They felt comparable to very cheap fast-fashion options (like Temu-level), not what you’d expect for the price. Overall: poor sizing, questionable quality for the price, and extremely frustrating customer service. I wouldn’t order again.
