Supportive and look great
Loved my first pair of pumps, the nude looks great with so many outfits. They are supportive to dance in, but would recommend a full size up.

Nude Pumps
The heels themselves seem comfortable and I love the look of them. That said, the sizing is a bit frustrating and I still don’t think I have the right size but I’ve already paid more than the full price of the heels between return shipping to Australia etc for the pair I’ve exchanged (I figured the exchange could be handled through the LA warehouse but that’s not the case so keep that in mind!) The AI tool was inaccurate for me (that size was way too small) and I couldn’t find a size chart (accessing the site via mobile, so not sure if it shows up on a desktop) so figured I’d share to help anyone else. That said, even using the sizing chart the size I selected is a bit big (I’ve used the same measurements to buy dance heels from another company with no problem). Anyway, hoping to buy some inserts to make them work. Really cute pump!

Feedback on My Experience with Vamp Heels (Order #VH11598)
I’d like to share some feedback on my experience with my order #VH11598. I placed the order on September 25, choosing and paying extra for Express Shipping (1–5 business days), as the shoes were meant to be a birthday gift for my friend. The parcel arrived on October 28, later than expected. At first, the tracking link in the confirmation email didn’t show any information, it said that the order couldn’t be found. I immediately wrote to your team, and I was told to wait a couple of days for the tracking information to update. However, nothing changed after that. About a week later, I sent another email, and this time I was told that you would contact the courier and follow up with me once there was an update. Unfortunately, that follow-up never happened, and by that point, the parcel should already have arrived according to the express delivery timeframe. Because of that, I started looking for updates myself through local delivery companies and eventually found out which courier was handling the shipment. After calling them, I was told that the package had been sent with standard delivery, not express. Later, Vamp Heels stated the opposite. I don’t know where the truth lies, but that’s what I was told, and I can only describe how it looked from my side. I reached out to customer service several times during that period. The replies were always polite and prompt, which I genuinely appreciated, but they were quite general and didn’t help me fully understand what was happening. I received a refund for the express shipping fee Eventually, for which I’m grateful. I was told this was offered as a gesture of goodwill, which felt a bit strange to me, since such a refund seems like the natural outcome in this situation. No other compensation was provided, but I understand that every company has its own policy. I completely understand that delays can happen, and that sometimes things go differently than planned. There’s nothing dramatic about that. Though it was a bit sad not to be able to give the gift at the celebration itself. Still, I believe that a company remains responsible for the overall experience a customer receives, especially when an additional fee was paid for a faster service. Customers who pay for express service, especially for time-sensitive orders like gifts, should be kept informed and supported more proactively. In the end, I do want to highlight that the shoes themselves are beautiful and of great quality, and I’m happy with them. I simply hope this feedback helps improve communication and transparency for future customers. No hard feelings at all, just an honest reflection of how things went.
