Short Strap - Not Happy

The strap is too short. When I purchased this there was a policy to wear, wash, and if you don’t like it return it. Wow, that’s the bests I have ever seen. So I purchased it and a couple others. But it was on sale so they will not honor the policy above.

Love it/ just the right size for anything you'd like to carry . And doesn't look to big on a small person. Can carry everything I want. Just what I was looking for. Love it , love it well worth the money. I just wish the strap was about 3 inches shorter. Reason being my waist is just small but can make it work.
