SWIRL™ Mini

I use my own coffee with supplied filters and the coffee comes out is very good. I had to a problem with the arm stop working. Customer service was good. They sent me a new one told me to throw out the bad one and they told me to keep the glass water holder for a backup if needed. I like how there is no plastic involved with the brewing process.

The Coulee customer service and the plastic free water way Coulee coffee machine is even better. The first Coulee machine was having issues, I contacted Customer Service about it and they sent me a new one that works great. They were very patient and informative, they really cared about my mom’s issues with her machine. The second machine works great, gets the water piping hot, with no issues.

Replaced a Kcup machine with this one and the coffee is so much better tasting. It is not as fast and I am still figuring out exactly how much coffee to use but it is considerably better tasting than the old machine.
