I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I placed an order for speakers and after waiting an entire month with no shipment or updates, I emailed to cancel my order. I was told they couldn’t cancel because the item had already shipped. Strangely, two days after I requested the cancellation, I finally received a tracking number, and I still had to wait another five days for the package to arrive. It really felt like the order wasn’t shipped until I asked to cancel. The lack of communication and misleading information made this a disappointing experience. I hope they improve their customer service and shipping process so future customers don’t have to deal with the same issue.
