Good product as well as good service
We have an X-1 manual wheelchair and it has become our travel chair due to the ease of use and the way it folds to save space. My wife weighs about 220lbs and this chair handles her with ease. We have had some trouble with the caregiver brake handles due to broken springs, however Comfy Go has replaced these under warranty for just the cost of shipping. I don’t feel the springs are the Comfy Go fault rather I think they have received faulty springs from their vender and hopefully this issue will be resolved. With this exception of broken springs I would recommend this chair highly.

Replacement - Left Brake Cable
We called this morning regarding the replacement cable for the left brake on our son’s Comfy Go Wheelchair. The gentleman with whom I spoke with was most helpful and pleasant to work with. He ordered the part we needed and we immediately received our confirmation. Just an hour later we received notice the part had shipped. Thank you!
