Lovely genmaicha powder
This powder has a lovely taste, it seems to have a ratio that favours the matcha a bit more over the roasted rice.

Was good and tasty for the first few times of making! After it does not suit my palate very much anymore as it felt a bit too sandy as the powder did not dissolve because of the rice grains and stuff.
