Excellent design, gorgeous quality, very unpleasant zipper
How come Elvine puts such a non-functional zipper in a high-end product. So disappointed with the zipper finishing and function, I can barely close the zipper, not even with gloves off. In my opinion, this is critical and must be sorted out.
